The last General assembly meeting of StorAIge took place from 15 to 17 October 2024 at XFAB in Erfurt, Germany.
During these intense three days the latest results and remarkable progress in hardware, software, applications, and use case were presented. Videos of the project’s use cases were shared and live demos were organised.
One notable demo came from Thales, which showcased an embedded fingerprint AI algorithm capable of distinguishing between real and fake fingerprints in a tiny microprocessor. This technology could be used in biometric payment cards.
Another live demo was presented by Microsensys in collaboration with IMMS. They demonstrated a use case for individual plant condition monitoring in greenhouses using sensors based on UHF RFID frontend and ultra-low power circuits for wireless harvested applications. The demo included live measurements of ambient temperature and humidity.
The last day of meeting focused on presenting the exploitation plans for the results by each partner.
Next step will be the final review meeting in January 2015 at ST in Paris.
